A leave-in gets used more often than anything else in a curly routine, because it is the one you reach for on day three when the shape has gone and you do not want to wash again. So the texture matters more than the ingredient list.
This one is a 325 ml leave-in built on manuka honey and avocado oil. The honey pulls moisture in, the avocado oil is fatty enough to hold it there, and the combination is light enough that hair does not end up sticky. Detangling is where you notice it most: knots loosen instead of resisting, which means less pulling and less hair left in the comb.
It works across curls, coils, waves and straight hair, which is unusual for a leave-in this rich. Apply to damp hair from mid-lengths to ends after washing, or damp your hands and refresh a section between washes. Type 2a through 3b is where it sits most comfortably, though heavier textures can simply use more of it.

Application tips
Straight after washing, while the hair still holds water. A palmful for thick or long hair, less for fine. Smooth it over each section, then take a wide-tooth comb through while it is still wet, which is when knots come out with the least damage.
Style over the top. Midweek, wet your hands, take a little and work it into whichever section has gone dry rather than doing the whole head again.
Results
The comb test is the one it passes. Where a wide-tooth used to stop dead every few inches it now runs, and what comes out on the teeth afterwards is noticeably less.
Hair stays soft for days instead of hours, and the ends stop going dry by midweek. It is rich without being sticky, so fine hair can take a small amount without flattening and coils can take twice as much.
