Application tips
Dispense a fist-sized ball of foam into the palm, since mousse always looks like more than it is. Apply to soaking wet hair, smoothing it down each section with flat hands, then raking through and scrunching upward.
Do not touch it again until it is fully dry. If you diffuse, keep the heat low and the bowl still. For a firmer set, follow with a light gel while the mousse is still wet.
