Black castor oil sits at the centre of it, carrying Omega-9 fatty acids and vitamin E into the scalp and lengths. Salicylic acid exfoliates the scalp surface and helps shed loose flakes, climbazole is the anti-dandruff active, and menthol gives the immediate cooling hit on application. Panthenol and hydrolysed wheat protein reinforce the hair shaft, while aloe barbadensis leaf juice keeps the scalp hydrated.

How to use it
Shake well so the oil is properly mixed. Hold the bottle 10 to 15cm from your head and spray evenly across scalp and hair, going heavier on dry or itchy patches. Massage in with your fingertips and leave it. Use daily or whenever the scalp feels tight.

Application tips
Part the hair in rows and take the nozzle right down to the scalp. A mist from arm's length mostly lands on hair rather than skin. Massage it in with fingertips.
Then mist the lengths lightly and style over the top. Nothing gets rinsed out afterwards, so it sits on the hair all day. Daily on the scalp is fine, and the lengths want it rather less often than that.
Results
Menthol lands first: a clear, cold feeling across the scalp that takes the edge off tightness within seconds of going on.
Over the following days the skin along the parts feels less dry, and loose flakes lift out with a brush instead of sitting in the hair. Castor oil puts moisture into the lengths without flattening them, and the protein and panthenol give each strand more stretch before it snaps.
