Apply after shampooing, work it through from mid-lengths to ends, leave it a couple of minutes and rinse. It covers curl types 2a through 3c and is an easy one to keep in rotation, particularly after chemical treatments when hair needs consistent moisture rather than one dramatic intervention.

Application tips
Skip the scalp entirely; this belongs from the ears down. Take a palmful, spread it between your hands, then press it through the lengths and over the ends.
Comb it in with a wide-tooth while the conditioner is still on the hair, which is when knots come out with the least breakage. Two minutes for an ordinary wash, five if the hair has been out in the wind all week. Rinse cool.
Results
Slip is the thing you notice while it is in. Fingers move through hair that was fighting you a minute earlier, and the comb stops catching halfway down.
Out of the shower the lengths dry softer and lie flatter, and the rough, papery feel at the ends goes. It is light enough not to flatten fine hair or drag curls down, so it works as the conditioner you use every wash rather than one saved for a bad week.
