Sof n Free Coconut & Jamaican Black Castor Oil Everyday Curl Refresh: Hydrate & Define Curls for Wavy, Curly, Coily Hair
Day three is when curls go flat on one side and frizzy on the other, and a full rewash is more work than the problem deserves. This is the bottle for that morning. Sof n Free's Everyday Curl Refresh is a light spray you mist over dry hair to bring the pattern back without starting again.
Coconut oil and Jamaican black castor oil do the work between them. Coconut oil goes into the strand and puts moisture back where a night on a pillowcase took it out. The castor oil smooths the outside, which is what settles flyaways and stops the hair reading fuzzy in daylight.
Because it sprays rather than pours, you control how much lands on the hair. Mist, scrunch, and the clumps reform. It suits waves that fall out by lunchtime as much as it suits tighter coils needing a mid-week top-up between wash days.
Works across type 2a through 4c. Keep it by the mirror rather than in the shower caddy, since it is a dry-hair product.

Application tips
Dry hair, morning of day two or three. Hold the bottle about a hand's width away and mist across the top and the sides rather than into one spot.
Cup a section in your palm and squeeze upward twice, then leave it be. The clumps reform as it dries. If a section has slept flat, wet it properly under the tap first, because spray alone will not lift a crushed curl.
Results
It buys another day or two out of a wash. Curl that had gone limp down one side picks its shape back up, and the fuzzy halo that develops overnight lies down again.
Hair feels damp for a minute and then simply feels soft, with no tackiness left behind. The finish is light enough that volume survives, which is exactly where heavier refreshers tend to go wrong.
