Application tips
Wet the hair thoroughly first, because shampoo lathers badly on half-damp hair and you get through twice as much for the same result. Two ten-pence-sized pumps covers shoulder length, worked into the scalp with fingertips rather than nails.
Rinse, and repeat only if the first wash barely foamed. Follow with conditioner on the lengths. The bottle is a shower fixture rather than a travel size, so decant a little into something smaller for the gym.
Results
