The difference between this and the bamboo tub treatment is time. A rinse-out gets a few minutes to do its work. A leave-in stays on the hair all day, which is why this one is thinner and lighter than a mask has any need to be.
Bamboo extract brings the silica, and the conditioning agents and vitamins around it are what keep dry, damaged lengths from going brittle again between washes. It does not weigh hair down or leave residue behind, so it is usable on days you are not washing at all.
Apply it to damp hair straight after washing, or refresh dry hair with a small amount worked through the mid-lengths and ends. Keep it off the roots.
The 236ml bottle lasts, because the dose is coin-sized rather than a handful, and overloading a leave-in is what makes hair look greasy by the afternoon.
Best suited to wavy and curly hair, roughly 2A through 3B, that breaks easily and frizzes as it dries.

Application tips
Damp hair, straight after a wash, before anything else goes on. A palmful for long hair, half that for short. Spread it from the ears down and comb through, then style however you normally do.
On a non wash day, damp a section with a spray bottle first and use less. It layers under a cream or a gel without pilling, so it can sit at the base of a wash and go routine.
Results
Dry lengths stay flexible through the day instead of stiffening up by the afternoon. Hair that used to snap at the ends when you tied it back holds together better.
Frizz stays down as the hair dries, and nothing coats the surface or turns waxy after a few days of layering. Fine hair can take it without going flat.
