Application tips
Shampoo, then wring the lengths out hard. This is thick, and diluting it with water wastes it. Take a small amount and work it through the mid lengths and ends, section by section, keeping it away from the scalp.
Five to ten minutes is plenty. A shower cap or a warm towel helps. Rinse thoroughly, because protein left sitting in the hair is what makes it feel stiff. Once a week, no more.
Results
Hair behaves under tension the way it did before the damage. It gives when a comb goes through instead of snapping, and it stops feeling like straw under the fingers.
Softness and shine come with it, though they are the side effect rather than the point. Weak, over processed hair feels thicker to hold after two or three uses.
