Power Greens is a fair name for it. Moringa leaf and avocado are the two ingredients the range is built on, both of which carry fatty acids and antioxidants, and the shampoo is the entry point to a routine that runs through a conditioner, a tea rinse and a reconstructor.
As a wash it is gentle. It lifts product build-up and the oil that gathers between washes, and it stops short of stripping, so hair does not come out of the shower squeaking and tight. That matters more on textured hair than on straight hair, where a hard cleanse costs you days of moisture.

Application tips
Loosen the hair with your fingers before it gets wet, so the shampoo has somewhere to go other than the outside of a matted section.
Wet through, then a coin-sized amount rubbed between wet palms and pressed onto the scalp in a few places. Massage, do not scrub. Rinse well and follow with the Power Greens conditioner while the tangles are still soft.
Results
Weeks of gel, cream and oil come off without the hair feeling raw afterwards. The scalp is clean and stays comfortable rather than tightening as it dries.
Hair does not squeak, and it still has enough moisture in it to take a conditioner properly. Curls look brighter and less coated once dry, which is usually build-up rather than damage in the first place.
