A tea rinse is a step most people have never used, so it is worth saying what it is. A thin, water-light liquid you pour or spray through clean hair, work in, and then either rinse or leave depending on how much slip you want left behind.
This one is built on moringa and avocado. Moringa brings antioxidants, avocado brings fatty acids, and between them they give the hair enough slip that a comb goes through without dragging. That is where most breakage happens, so cutting the friction at that stage does more for length than any single treatment.
It sits between shampoo and conditioner on a wash day, or on its own midweek if hair has gone dry and tangled inside a style. The bottle is 8 oz, which sounds small for a rinse, though you are applying it in sections rather than emptying it over your head. Decant what you need into a jug or an applicator bottle and it goes further still.

Application tips
Head forward over the bath, pour it slowly along each parting so it reaches the scalp rather than running straight off, then squeeze it through the lengths with both hands. Two or three minutes. Rinsing gives a lighter finish, leaving it in gives more grip for the comb.
Results
Combing stops being a battle, which is where most breakage was coming from. Hair feels lighter than it does after a conditioner, with the tangles gone but no weight added.
The scalp feels refreshed rather than coated. Strands hold together better under handling, so more of the length you have grown stays attached.
