There are two Manuka Honey lines from Shea Moisture and it is easy to buy the wrong one. The Mafura Oil version is for dryness. This one, paired with yogurt, is for damage.
Yogurt brings protein into the wash, and protein is what hair needs when it has gone past dry into brittle: bleached, over-processed, or snapping when you comb it. Manuka honey handles the moisture side so the protein does not leave the hair stiff, and the base is sulphate-free, which counts for more on damaged hair than on healthy hair.
13 oz / 384 ml, for 2A to 3C. If your hair is dry but structurally sound, take the Mafura Oil bottle instead. If it breaks, this is the one.
