This is the rinse-out conditioner in the Jamaican Black Castor Oil range built for hair in that state.
It is rich, and it needs a couple of minutes to do anything, so it suits a slower wash day rather than a quick one. Peppermint oil gives it a cool tingle on the scalp. Certified organic shea butter sits alongside the castor oil and takes care of the dryness.

Application tips
Wring the hair out before this goes on. It is thick enough that water will only push it off the strand.
Two palmfuls for a full head, spread part by part, then a wide-tooth comb from the ends up while it is still slippery. Give it five minutes under a cap if you have the time, and rinse until the water runs clear.
Results
Brittle lengths regain some give, so a comb bends the strand instead of snapping it.
Knots release with less force and fewer broken hairs end up in the sink. The peppermint gives a cool tingle at the roots that fades after a minute.
The hair dries smoother, with less frizz lifting off the surface, and it stays that way for two or three days rather than going rough again overnight.
