A souffle is whipped, which changes how a gel behaves in your hands. It spreads further, it does not go stringy, and on thick hair that usually eats product you can cover a full head with less than you would use of a standard gel.
The hold is soft. Curls come out defined and bouncy rather than set hard, and there is no cast to break up afterwards. Coconut and hibiscus sit at the front of the formula, with certified organic ingredients doing the conditioning, so it moisturises while it shapes instead of drying hair out the way a clear gel can.
