Application tips
After shampoo, run it through the lengths with your hands and leave the roots alone. Fine hair gains nothing from conditioner at the scalp and goes flat when it gets some.
On an ordinary day it needs no more than a minute or two. Comb it through in sections rather than raking from the top, then rinse in the coolest water you can stand, which is what keeps the surface smooth.
Results
Hair dries smooth and holds that finish in damp air, which is the whole job here. Flyaways settle along the parting rather than lifting away from it.
