This is pure argan oil, pressed in Morocco, and it does what a straight oil does: sits on the surface, softens what it touches and holds moisture there.
On hair it is a finishing oil. A few drops through the ends smooths flyaways and adds shine without the greasy weight a heavier oil leaves behind. On skin it works as a face and body moisturiser, and the essential fatty acids and antioxidant vitamins are the reason it has been used that way for generations.

Application tips
Two or three drops is the whole dose. Any more and fine hair goes lank by lunchtime. Rub it between your fingertips, then press it into the ends and over the surface of the lengths rather than raking it through.
Raking is what carries oil up to the roots, where nobody wants it. On skin, use it as the last step at night so it seals in whatever went on before.
Results
Frizz settles and flyaways lie flat, so hair looks polished without the weight a heavier oil brings with it. The shine sits on the surface instead of reading as a wet look.
On skin it absorbs quickly and leaves a softness that holds overnight. Cuticles, elbows and dry patches respond to it as readily as the face does, which is the argument for keeping one bottle rather than three.
