Schwarzkopf built the Supersoft Yoghurt and Lime Smoothie around two ideas that pull in opposite directions. Yoghurt is protein-rich and handles the conditioning, putting moisture back into hair that has gone dry and dull. Lime extract keeps the whole thing light, which is what stops a daily conditioner turning into buildup over a week of washes. That balance is harder to get right than a heavy mask, where you can simply pile on the richness and rinse it out once a week. Hair comes out soft with some shine to it, and ends stop looking brittle, without anything sitting on the roots.
The 300 ml bottle is a normal shower size. Use it after every shampoo, mid-lengths to ends, and rinse it properly. It suits waves and curls from 2a through to 4a, and it is a sensible pick for hair that is dry and dull rather than badly damaged.
