The name is the formula. Eighty per cent Saryna Key's shea cream, twenty per cent their liquid hold, mixed so you do not have to layer two products to get moisture and shape in the same styling session.
Shea butter carries the conditioning side, and silk proteins give the mixture its slip, which is why it spreads so easily and why detangling gets faster once it is on. The twenty per cent hold component is deliberately small. It is there to keep a wave from dropping out by midday, not to lock the hair into position.

Application tips
Towel-dried hair, worked through with your palms rather than raked with fingers, because the slip in it means it spreads further than you expect.
Mid-lengths and ends first, then whatever is left goes near the roots. Comb through, shape the wave with your hands, and let it dry. No rinsing. On dry hair a small amount smooths a section that has dropped.
Results
Waves keep their shape into the evening without going stiff, and the hold is light enough that you can run fingers through and still have a wave afterwards. Hair feels smoother and detangles faster the next morning. Frizz stays down along the surface. Loose curls in particular hold their spring, which is the pattern that usually collapses under anything heavier.
