A lifted corner on a track, a closure edge that has started to shift, a quick weave that needs one more anchor point. That is the job it does well, without opening a large bottle you will not finish.
The formula is black, so it disappears into jet black, dark brown and auburn wefts instead of drying to a white line along the track. It sets fast and holds through wear.
Keep the nozzle clean and cap it properly. Glue that has skinned over at the tip is the usual reason a small bottle gets thrown out half full.
