Application tips
Warm a palmful and start at the ends, working upward only as far as the hair still feels dry. On the scalp, a smaller amount massaged in before washing is enough.
It doubles as a body oil straight out of the shower, applied to skin that is still wet so it spreads thinly. For a deeper treatment, leave it on the hair overnight under a satin bonnet and shampoo twice in the morning.
Results
Neither greasy nor disappearing, which is what makes it the default oil in most bathrooms. Hair takes it evenly, ends stop looking parched and the comb runs through with less resistance.
Skin drinks it and stays soft for hours without a film on top. The scent is faint and nutty and fades quickly, so it will not fight a perfume applied afterwards.
