Olive oil and sunflower oil provide lightweight moisture and help the cuticle lie flat, while shea butter does the heavier conditioning and gives you enough slip to detangle. The pair is sulphate-free, paraben-free and colour-safe, so it works on dyed hair as well as on virgin texture.

Application tips
Shampoo first, concentrated at the scalp. Two rounds if it has been a while since the last wash, one if it has not. Rinse properly.
The deep conditioner goes on next, squeezed through the mid-lengths and ends, and it wants a few minutes with the heat of the shower or a cap to help it along. Detangle while it is in, then rinse cool.
Results
Cleansing without the tight, stripped feeling is the first change, and anyone coming off a sulphate shampoo notices it straight away. The conditioner puts the weight back, so curls have slip while wet and stay soft once dry, from loose 1a waves through to 4c coils.
Shine improves because the cuticle lies flatter. Styling afterwards takes less product, which is usually the sign that the wash step is doing its job.
