Application tips
Sequence matters more than quantity here. Spray it on damp hair before anything else goes on, comb it through, and let the other products layer over the top rather than underneath.
Ahead of straighteners or tongs, let the hair dry fully first, since heat on a wet section does exactly the damage the spray is there to reduce. On second day hair, a couple of passes over the top layer is plenty.
