Application tips
Wet the hair right through before you start. Curly hair repels water for the first minute of a wash, and shampoo applied over a dry patch will not spread.
Concentrate it on the scalp in rows using the pads of the fingers, and let the suds clear the lengths on their own way down. Squeeze the ends rather than scrubbing them. Rinse for longer than feels necessary, then go into the matching conditioner while the hair is still soaking.
