Light is the word for this one. Pantene's argan oil is thin enough to use on fine hair without it collapsing, which is not true of most oils sold for frizz.
Moroccan argan oil is the working part of the formula. It goes into the hair shaft rather than sitting on the surface, replacing the lipids that washing and heat styling strip out over time, and the result is hair that feels supple instead of straw-like. Shine follows from the cuticle lying flat.
Two or three drops is usually enough. Warm it in your palms, then run it through the mid-lengths and ends of damp hair before you dry, or over dry hair as a finishing step when frizz has crept back.

Application tips
Distribution is the trick with an oil this thin. Rather than dropping it onto the head, spread it across both palms and the backs of the fingers, then rake through from underneath so the layer nobody sees gets some.
Curls prefer it pressed in by scrunching over combed through. Leave the top inch of the head alone. If you are heat styling, put it on before the dryer, and let hair dry fully before judging how much you used.
Results
Frizz drops back within a minute of application, and the change is visible rather than something you take on trust. The last few inches stop looking split and papery.
