Application tips
Two washes, and they do different jobs. The first lifts oil and product off the surface and will barely foam, so resist adding more.
The second is the one that counts. Work it into the scalp with the pads of the fingers for a minute or so, then let the runoff clear the lengths on its way down. Rinse until the water runs clear, then condition from the ears down. Nails scraping the scalp will undo more than any shampoo can put right.
Results
Hair comes out properly clean, which for anyone whose hair has felt weighed down is the main event. Roots lift, lengths stop looking flat, and colour reads brighter simply because nothing is sitting on top of it.
