On the hair it hydrates dry, damaged lengths, which brings frizz down and makes the hair noticeably easier to manage. It also fortifies each strand, so breakage and split ends become less of a running problem, and hair that stops snapping is hair that holds the length you have grown.

Application tips
Two ways to run this. As a pre-wash, saturate dry hair from root to tip, leave it for an hour, then shampoo it out.
As a daily dressing, put a few drops on your fingertips and use it only where the hair is dry, usually the last two inches and the parting. Whichever way, tip the oil into your hand first rather than pouring it onto the head.
Results
Olive oil is heavier than argan, so the effect is more obvious and easier to overdo. Used correctly, dry lengths soften noticeably and the frizz that comes with dryness stops appearing by mid-afternoon.
Hair combs through with less resistance. On the scalp, the tight, uncomfortable feeling of a dry winter eases off. Breakage slows as the hair gets more supple, which is what keeps inches on the head rather than in the sink.
