Fine curls have a specific problem. Anything with enough moisture in it to stop frizz drags the roots down, and anything light enough to keep volume does nothing about the frizz. A foam is the compromise that actually works, because the air in it carries the conditioning agents without the weight.
OYA build this one on sea kelp, green tea extract and provitamin B5. B5 does most of the visible work, holding water in the strand and helping hair stretch rather than snap. The hold is flexible rather than firm, so curls keep their bounce and you can run your fingers through without wrecking the shape.
Distribute it through damp hair from roots to ends, then scrunch upwards for tighter definition or rake through for a looser wave. It refreshes second day hair as well, on damp fingers rather than a full re-wet. Best for waves, loose curls and fine textures that lose body under cream.

Application tips
Wet hair, always, and more of it than you expect on fine texture. Shake the can, dispense into a cupped palm, and scrunch upwards in sections rather than raking down.
Tip the head forward for the underneath. Diffuse or air dry without touching, and if you want more volume, scrunch again once the hair is fully dry.
Results
Fine hair is the hard case for a moisturising product, and a foam is the format that solves it. Curls and waves come out defined with body at the root instead of hanging flat.
Hold is flexible, so the shape survives a hand run through it. Frizz stays down in humidity, and the finish is soft rather than crisp.
