Foam is the right format for hair that goes flat under cream. If your curls sit between 2a and 3b and every styler you have tried leaves the roots limp, a mousse gives you definition with air still in it.
This one dispenses light and dries to a flexible hold, so curls clump without setting into a shell you then have to scrunch out. Frizz stays down through the day and the finish reads shiny rather than matte.
Shake the can, dispense a palmful onto soaking wet hair, then either scrunch upwards or rake it through and scrunch after. Diffuse or air dry. The can holds 200ml, and a palmful per wash day makes it last.
Wavy hair and looser curls get the most from it. Denser coils will probably want something with more weight behind it.

Application tips
Shake the can, tip your head forward, and dispense a palmful of foam. Wet hair, not damp, since foam needs water to spread.
Scrunch it up into the curl in handfuls, working section by section so nothing gets missed, then stop touching it. Diffuse on a low speed or leave it to air dry, and break any cast with your fingers once the hair is fully dry.
Results
Waves that normally fall out hold a shape all day, and tighter curls clump into defined pieces instead of separating into frizz.
The hold is flexible, so hair still moves and does not crunch under your hand once you have scrunched the cast out. Shine comes with the definition, and humidity does far less damage than it would to unstyled hair.
