HAIRepair is the ORS answer to that, and the 12.5 oz bottle is the size for anyone conditioning weekly. The formula runs on natural oils and botanical extracts, and it works on moisture and protein together rather than one at the cost of the other, which is why it can be used regularly without the hair stiffening up.

Application tips
Enough here for weekly conditioning over a few months, so there is no need to be sparing. Coat the hair from ears to ends until every strand feels slippery, then clip it up and leave it while you finish washing.
Warmth helps. A shower cap for five minutes gets more out of it than the same product rinsed straight off.
Results
Hair that felt like straw comes out pliable, and the detangle afterwards takes one pass instead of five.
Because the formula covers both moisture and strength, it can go in weekly without leaving the hair rigid, which is the usual price of a protein-only treatment. Relaxed, coloured and heat-styled textures all take it well.
