Application tips
Wash in the bath rather than under a shower head if that keeps things calmer. Wet the hair right through, then apply at the scalp only and let the suds carry down; scrubbing the lengths on a child is what creates the knots you then have to fight.
Rinse until the water runs clear and go straight into conditioner while the hair is dripping.
