ORS build the Repair 7 line on olive oil, which conditions without the heaviness of a butter and suits textured hair that needs regular moisture rather than an occasional treatment. This is the rinse-out step. A few minutes on the hair after shampooing, then off. It smooths the cuticle down, which is what makes combing easier and takes the tearing out of a detangle. Over weeks, the effect on breakage and split ends is the part that counts. Hair that combs smoothly loses less, and the elasticity comes back enough that the strand stretches instead of snapping.
