Application tips
Conditioner step, so shampoo first and squeeze the water out before it goes on. Work it through the mid-lengths and ends in two or three sections, then detangle with fingers or a wide-tooth comb while the slip is there. Give it a minute or two. Rinse in cool water if you want the cuticle to lie flatter, and keep it off the roots if your hair goes flat easily.
Results
Detangling is the immediate difference. Marshmallow root and aloe leave enough glide that knots come apart instead of tearing. Hair dries soft and airy, with curls clumping into their own shape rather than splitting into frizz. Nothing coats the surface, so the shine reads as the hair's own rather than a finish sitting on top of it.
