OGX built its range on single hero ingredients and salon-style formulas, and the Argan Oil of Morocco line is its best known.
The shampoo is free of the harsher chemicals, sulfates included, which is what makes it usable on dry, damaged or colour-treated hair without wrecking it further. Moroccan argan oil is the conditioning ingredient, and it goes into the hair during the wash rather than sitting on the surface waiting to be rinsed away.
You notice the difference in the first wash. Hair comes out smoother, it takes less effort to comb through, and the shine is back on lengths that had gone flat. Styling gets easier from there, because most of what makes hair difficult to style is roughness.
One caveat. A sulfate-free shampoo lathers less than you may be used to, and the instinct is to use more product. Use the same amount and wash twice instead: the first pass lifts the surface dirt, the second one actually cleans.

Application tips
Emulsify it in wet hands before it touches the hair. A low-lather formula spreads badly on a dry patch and you end up with clean roots and untouched ends.
Fingertips at the scalp, thirty seconds of massage, then rinse for longer than usual. Argan leaves a trace of conditioning behind, so the lengths may not need much afterwards.
Results
The cleanse is mild enough that colour and any previous treatment survive it, which is the main reason to pick a formula without sulphates.
Dry ends stop feeling parched after washing, and the hair holds enough moisture to get through drying without going brittle. Expect a soft, weighted finish rather than a squeaky one; on fine hair that means using conditioner sparingly afterwards.
