Application tips
Start weak. Three drops into a tablespoon of carrier oil, or four into a palmful of shampoo, and only push it higher if you want a harder chill.
Massage into the scalp, leave it a few minutes, rinse well. Keep it away from the eyes and off broken skin. Do not use it neat anywhere, and keep it away from babies and small children.
Results
The cooling hits within seconds and stays for several minutes, which is the whole appeal on a hot, itchy scalp.
Skin reads as toned and clean instead of conditioned, because this is an astringent rather than an emollient. Hair itself gains little, so the benefit lives at the roots. The smell clears a room and lingers on a towel.
