Moringa oil is cold-pressed from the seeds of Moringa oleifera, and its useful trait is that it delivers a lot of nutrition without the weight you normally pay for it. It is rich in fatty acids and in vitamins A, C and E, but it feels closer to a light oil than a heavy one.
That combination makes it one of the easier oils to use daily. On skin it moisturises properly and improves how dry, dull areas look. On hair it conditions the lengths, adds shine and softness, and reduces the breakage that quietly stops hair getting longer.
