Application tips
Blend it before it touches you. A teaspoon of ginger oil into three or four of something lighter is a sensible ratio for a scalp massage, and ten minutes of slow work with the fingertips gets the most out of the warmth.
Leave it half an hour, then wash. For the body, stir a few drops into an unscented lotion and use it on cold evenings. Patch test the first time.
