Argan oil is what Moroccanoil is known for, and the Smoothing Mask is the heavy end of the range. Argan butter and coconut-derived fatty acids sit alongside the oil, which is what makes this thick enough to coat coarse, frizzy hair properly.
Frizz is a cuticle problem. When the outer layer of the strand is raised, hair catches the light unevenly, tangles more and swells the moment the air turns humid. A rich mask flattens that layer back down, and the smoothness that follows is a physical change rather than a coating sitting on top. The 250 ml tub is the standard size.

Apply to clean, towel-dried hair, work it through the lengths, leave it a few minutes and rinse.
Suits waves through to type 4a coils that fight smoothness. On finer hair, keep it off the roots or you will trade the frizz for flatness.

Application tips
Coarse hair wants more of this than the tub suggests, and it wants heat behind it. Comb it through each section, pile the hair up, then wrap it in a warm towel or sit under a hood for ten to fifteen minutes.
Once a week is the right rhythm. Rinse in cool water at the end, and give it longer than you would give a normal conditioner.
Results
Frizzy hair comes out flatter and heavier, in the good sense, with the surface lying down instead of standing away from the strand.
It copes with humid weather better than it did. Combing is quick. There is real weight to the result, which is what coarse and thick hair wants and what fine hair will not thank you for.
