Mielle Mongongo Oil Pomade-to-Oil Treatment 4oz
It starts as a solid pomade in the tin and turns to oil the moment it hits the warmth of your hands. That is the trick: the control of a pomade while you are placing it, the spread of an oil once it is on the hair.
Beeswax and cocoa butter give it the solid form. Underneath sit sweet almond, safflower, moringa, argan, babassu, grapeseed, sacha inchi and mongongo kernel oils. Mongongo is high in linoleic acid and it is the ingredient Mielle build the range around.

Application tips
Scrape across the top of the tin with a fingernail rather than digging in, then hold it in the palm for a few seconds until it loosens.
Thin sections take it best. On a silk press, put it on before the plates and add a trace afterwards for shine, never a second full dose. Worn curly, smooth it over the outer layer only.
Results
Straightened hair holds its line on a damp day for longer than it would bare, and the surface stays sleek instead of puffing at the crown.
On curls, the outer layer flattens and the shine reads as healthy hair rather than product. A fingernail's worth covers a section, so the tin lasts.
