Mielle Mango & Tulsi Nourishing Shampoo 12oz
The first step of the Mango and Tulsi wash, and a gentle one. It clears the impurities off hair and scalp without taking the moisture with them, which is the difference between hair that feels clean and hair that feels stripped.
The 12oz bottle is vegan and cruelty free, and mango and tulsi are the ingredients doing the nourishing. Hair comes out softer and smoother looking than a standard clarifying shampoo would leave it. Nothing about it is fussy: lather, rinse, and go again if the hair needs a second pass.
Follow it with the matching Nourishing Conditioner and, if the hair is dry, the leave-in as well. If your scalp gets oily quickly, it is mild enough to use more often than once a week without the hair paying for it. Suits waves through to coils on a normal wash schedule.

Application tips
Wet the hair thoroughly first, because shampoo on half wet hair drags. Put it on the scalp rather than the lengths and use your fingertips in small circles instead of piling hair on top of your head.
The lather running down cleans the length on its own. Decide on a second wash by how the scalp feels, not by habit.
Results
The scalp feels clean without that drawn, tight sensation a strong cleanser leaves, and hair that normally tangles the moment it gets wet stays workable.
Colour treated lengths keep their tone better than they do under a clarifying wash. Hair dries soft, with shine already there before conditioner.
