Mielle Hawaiian Ginger Overnight Conditioner 12oz
An overnight conditioner is a different proposition to a mask. The 12oz bottle goes on before bed, you sleep in it under a cap, and it rinses out in the morning before you shampoo, which turns the slowest part of a deep condition into time you were spending anyway.
The Moisture Rx formula is built on avocado oil, shea butter and coconut oil, with olive and grape seed oils, panthenol and vitamin E acetate alongside them. Hours of contact rather than fifteen minutes gives it time to soften the hair properly, and ends look less ragged for it.
Work it from the ends towards the roots, since the ends need it most and get the least. Put a cap on to protect your bedding and to keep the product where you put it. Rinse in the morning, then shampoo as normal. Good on dry, thirsty curls of any pattern, and on hair that never seems to hold a deep conditioner for long.

Application tips
Dampen the hair with a spray bottle first. On bone-dry hair it sits on the surface all night and achieves very little. Section it, load the ends heavily and taper off towards the roots.
Plait or twist each section loosely so it does not tangle while you move about. Satin bonnet, and a shower cap over the top if you are worried about the pillowcase.
Results
Overnight does what fifteen minutes cannot. Ends that were splitting away from each other lie together by morning, and dry patches through the middle have gone soft. The hair holds its moisture for days and does not run dry by the evening. Wash day starts easier too, because most of the detangling is done before you get in the shower.
