A co-wash is the middle ground between washing and doing nothing. It cleans off the sweat and the product without the surfactants that strip a curly texture, so you can use it between shampoos and keep the moisture you built up.
Coconut oil, shea butter, jojoba, abyssinian and marula seed oils sit in it with silk amino acids and vitamin E. It stays light, and it is gentle enough for daily use if that is your routine.
