The ingredient list opens with aloe barbadensis leaf juice and includes coconut water, agave ferment, pineapple extract and hibiscus seed oil. The cleansing agent is sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, so this is a lathering shampoo rather than a low-foam one, worth knowing if you are avoiding sulfonates as well as sulfates.

Application tips
Fragile hair does better with the wash done in sections. Split it in two, wet each half properly, and clean the scalp underneath rather than scrubbing the lengths together.
One application is normally enough unless there is heavy product on. Rinse for longer than you think, since residue left at the roots is what makes hair feel gritty by the next day. Condition every time.
Results
What you notice is the absence of that tight, creaking finish a harsher shampoo leaves behind.
Hair that snaps easily is left with enough moisture in it to survive the towel and the comb, which is where a lot of breakage happens. Aloe leads the formula and the lengths stay soft while still being properly washed. The scent is fresh, green and short-lived.
