Application tips
Shampoo first and give the scalp a proper massage, since this one lathers hard and wants rinsing thoroughly. Then the conditioner from the mid-lengths down, left a minute or two, combed through, rinsed cool. If the shampoo feels drying on textured hair, alternate it with a milder wash and keep the conditioner for every time.
Results
Hair feels stronger under tension, which is what the protein is there for, and the comb meets less resistance on the way down. Lengths look glossier and lie flatter.
