Application tips
Start at the ends and move upward, never the other way. Mist one section until it reads lightly damp, take a wide tooth comb to the last inch, move up two inches, repeat. Hold the hair above the knot with your free hand so the pulling happens against your fingers, not the scalp. Re-mist anywhere that dries out before you reach it.
Results
Knots that looked like a scissors job come apart in a minute or two. The comb keeps moving instead of stopping dead, and the wad of hair you would normally pull out of the brush afterwards is noticeably smaller.
