Leave it on the lengths and ends for a few minutes, then rinse. It covers 2a through 4a textures, and it is worth alternating with a lighter conditioner if your hair starts to feel weighed down.

Application tips
Section thick hair into four before you start. Trying to coat a whole head in one go leaves the underneath untouched, which is where most tangles live.
Apply below the ears, then run a wide-tooth comb through each section while the conditioner is still slippery. For very dry hair, put a cap on and give it ten minutes under a warm towel. Rinse until the slip has gone.
Results
Wet hair changes texture under your hands almost straight away, from rough and grabby to smooth enough to work with.
Dry, the lengths look fuller and less see-through at the ends, and hair that had been snapping during detangling holds up better. Frizz settles down over several washes rather than all at once. Fine hair may find it too much on its own.
