Undiluted it is far too strong for most people, so treat the carrier oil as part of the routine rather than an optional extra.

Application tips
Two drops per tablespoon of carrier is the ceiling for skin, and one is plenty if you have not used it before. Mix it in a dish, patch test the inside of the elbow and give it a day.
A basin of hot water and three drops makes a decent foot soak. For the room, a couple of drops on a burner will do. Keep it well away from the eyes.
Results
Cold arrives first and then a clean, bracing tingle that hangs around for several minutes. On the scalp it is genuinely refreshing on a hot day or at the end of a long one.
Diluted on skin it perks up a tired, flat complexion and leaves that cool finish behind. The aroma does as much as the oil, sharp enough that two or three drops will change the feel of a whole room.
