Application tips
Start on the body rather than the face. A small amount into the palms, rubbed together until it warms, then worked into calves and shoulders with some pressure behind it.
If you want it on the face, cut it half and half with a plain carrier oil first and keep it to the evening. Two sessions a week is plenty. Wash your hands afterwards and keep them away from your eyes.
Results
Heat arrives within a minute of it going on and stays for a while, which is the reason to choose ginger over a quieter oil for a massage.
