Use it after the Curl Wellness Shampoo. Dissolve the crystals in wet palms, work them evenly through the hair, leave for five minutes, then shampoo again and rinse well. Follow with the conditioner. Weekly is the usual rhythm, and if a chemical service is coming up, process within 24 hours of treating.

Application tips
Timing is what people get wrong. The packet goes on hair that has already been shampooed and squeezed out, not on dry hair and not on soaking hair.
Dissolve the crystals fully between wet palms before they touch the head, because undissolved grains do nothing. Cover the whole length rather than only the roots, since minerals settle along the shaft where the hair is oldest and most porous.
Results
A routine that had quietly stopped working starts working again. The hair feels lighter and cleaner at the root, the pattern comes back up, and stylers that seemed to have quit suddenly behave.
