Macadamia Professional aims this at hair that is dry, thick, coarse or chemically processed, the kind that drinks up a normal conditioner and still feels rough. The formula is rich enough to deliver moisture during the cleanse itself rather than waiting for the conditioning step, which matters when your hair starts losing water the moment the shampoo hits it.

Application tips
Rich shampoos want dilution, not force. Wet the hair thoroughly, rub a small amount between wet palms first, then apply at the scalp in a few places and massage outward. Rinse, and go again only if the hair was heavily coated in product.
Keep the second wash shorter. Follow with conditioner on the lengths while the warm water still has the cuticle open.
Results
Coarse, thirsty hair comes out softened, never squeaky, and the frizz that usually appears as it dries stays flat. Shine returns to lengths that had gone chalky.
Detangling afterwards takes less work. The hair holds enough moisture that it does not feel brittle by the time it is dry, and parched ends behave for longer between washes.
