There is a difference between hair that is dry and hair that has actually been damaged, and RevitaLEX is aimed at the second.
Damaged hair has lost material from the fibre, so conditioning it is about putting substance back rather than only adding slip. This is a rich formula, sold in a 20oz bottle, and it goes on thick enough that you can feel it working through a section. Breakage drops because the strand has more support, and the hair stops feeling rough between your fingers.
It suits natural texture and sits happily under an S-curl or a texturised style as well as on hair worn in its own pattern. Textures 2a through 3c. Use it as a deep condition once a week if the hair is in poor shape, then as your regular conditioner once things have settled down.
