The LIGHT in the name is the whole reason this version exists. Same idea as the original Pink Oil, less weight, so it suits hair that goes flat under a richer lotion.
It absorbs fast and leaves no residue, which makes it usable daily on relaxed hair, natural coils, texturised styles and everything in between. Hair stays soft and combs out easily, and less friction at the comb means less breakage, which is how length gets kept. The shine it gives is what Luster's built its name on, and it still reads as sheen rather than grease, which is not a given in a category full of products that shine by sitting on top of the hair rather than going into it.
